They will share the chassis number allow to do PDI . No objection at all. processing of documentation is fast .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase new TVS Jupiter a month and half ago from this store and they had fit very low grade body guard which vibrates makes noise from day 1 , this is worst fitment one can give to customers and when tried to check with other service center they said that dealership gave you wrong/bad quality guard and nothing can be done to fix the vibraiton noise . TVS should ask such dealership not to fit worst spares , guards on new vehicles during pruchase.

After all the trouble I was made to go through right from the day of booking vehicle with Om auto for a month I am feeling helpless and humiliated and have decided to cancle the purchase of vehicle from Om auto.
I have already paid 13,823 rupees and The sales manager Jagdish told me that I'll not get any refund if I cancle the purchase.
Please help me out and provide clarity for following.
1. Cancellation charges
2. Documents for refund
3. Mode of refund
4. Time required for processing refund.
I hope you understand the pain I had to go through and help me out.

After going to various showrooms, I finally decided to book Jupiter AOL with Om Auto, pimple Saudagar.
I processed the payment of booking amount 1000 rupees on 8th March 2022 and down payment of 12823/- rupees on 21st March 2022.
The delivery of the bike is awaited.
After repetitive inquiry, I am told that in order to process the booking I have to pay 1500 rupees extra as counter charges for which I'll not get any receipt( This is beyond all the costs covered in the quotation) and I was not told about the same while processing the booking.
The sales person is telling me that If I don't do so, I'll neither be able to cancel to booking and get the down payment back nor will get the delivery of bike.
What am I supposed to do?
I am told that the invoice is generated by Sai Baba TVS ( I don't know why it is not generated by OM auto itself) and insurance has been paid up. Also, I was told that all the documents will be with Sai Baba TVS only and the sales guy was hesitant in even sharing those documents.
But when I asked for receipts of the same, I am given lame answers such as " don't worry, you'll get the bike" and I am never given the receipts.
The sales person who enthusiastically processed the booking but has been very rude since I have paid the down payment.
He is not willing to process the cancellation nor is willing to deliver the bike.
Please look into the matter asap.
I am feeling humiliated.
Keeping best interest of both of us in mind, I request you to cancel the booking asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited as I was considering Jupiter. The staff doesn't bother to attend for even enquiry. I was standing approx 5 to 7mins. Nobody bothered to attend and even when I asked do you have less staff so they told bluntly and arrogantly yes we have less staff. And even not replied gently that let me finish my present work will attend you in sometime. I went out and nobody stopped me. I felt the attitude of the people was very very arrogant. In present competition and trading business how this kind of attitude will work. It was my bad experience.
