★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rarest monginis shop that I know which has such a worst quality. Only for the temptation for Monginis, I had tried this shop 3-4 times while passing by. But always experienced consistency for worst quality. If you eagerly open the box , you will notice bad smell similar to naphthalene balls and cakes are with no spongeness and tastes like 2-3 days older. Needless to say, it suits only for garbage bins.

They gave rotten old cake telling it was fresh ans also the candle never sparkled .Please value people's hard owned money we are not taking anything for free.

Inspite of giving order a day before the shopkeeper says the order is over that too when he didnt deliver and when we walked in his shop to ask for our order as guests were already at our place. Hopeless guy. hopeless cake shop have ever came across. He has no sense to talk and no sense of committment. He simply replied us saying "order khatam ho gaya".Never buy from here. Poor hopeless shop. Worst cake shop in pimple saudagar. Fooled us saying order is confirmed. Egoistic shopkeeper. Spoiling monginis brand. These guys should close their shop instead of cheating and fooling customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stale cake..will NEVER buy again..would have given 0 stars if possible.. purchased a cake and it was stale. it was an important day and we were having fun.. but as we started eating the piece of cake all stale not fresh at all.. smelling bad as well.. got upset.. unfortunately we had to stop our celebration we returned the cake immediately to shop they didn't give replacement and not even refund. All Liars talking about refund and faking quality and service. extremely disappointed. attaching pics as well hope after reading this review u will start valuing your customers and your service as well.
