★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now bought 2 pastry's from Cake lounge pimple Saudagar, they were smelling very bad and I am sure they are expired one's. its really bad if you are selling expired rotten cake and pastry's.

The owner was pretty cooperative after my feedback and offered me a new cake at a discounted rate. I would say the service was good. They also delivered the cake, about which I really appreciate. The intent is surely there but looking at the competition, there is a lot of room for improvement. The flavors and presentation can be improved.

I was a but reluctant to buy from this place after reading reviews about cake being stale. But still went ahead with the order as I couldn't find any other outlet open due to lockdown.
I ordered 500g Rasmalai cake for ₹500. The one which I received was extremely bad. The cake had just a rasmalai flavored cream instead of actual rasmalai pieces on cake. The bread used in the cake was completely dry and stale. The cake had dry rose leaves and crushed almonds as toppings. However, the almonds used in the cake were not fresh and looked stale as well. The dried rose leaves and stale almonds made the cake very unappetizing.
Really bad experience. I did call the owner to report this issue to which he promised to give a fresh cake next day. However, this solution wasn't valid as the occasion for which I bought the cake won't come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a rasmalai cake cake and it was awesome, I inquired with some home bakers for same flavour but all of them are over charging. I got this cake for 500. Each bite had taste of rasmalai flavour, the cake was not very watery or soggy . It was correctly balanced. Not to wet not too dry, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless cake store in the area they shamelessly sell you cakes that are hard like a cardboard… red velvet should be named as red rock… the cake was looking nice but when we actually went for cutting it was hard like rock and I wish I had permission to throw this cake on the owners face so they know what kind of rocks they’re selling instead of cakes… better stop such practice as you’re creating your own goodwill in the market…. I hope Google starts negative rating because Cake lounge is not even worth one star…. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered fruit cake as elders at home does not like Chocolate and cream in general. To my surprise, all elders appreciated the cake. It wa carefully prepared, well decorated, fresh and delicious. I recommend this shop.
