★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate mumbai worst city. I lived here immediately after my marriage in Om Divya small totally unfurnished no closets tiny kitchen with no extra slab after the stove. Tiny bathrooms. No balcony. No maid and no cook in that area Mumbai is entire about filthy and rude and arrogant people and with no control on economic costs. People don't know what cleanliness is and that they should clean the building inside and out at least once an year. I hate that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has 2 wings, one is semi residential and commercial other is residential. It is very close to kandivali station and also has PVR in adjacent building. Parking is sufficient for 2 wheelers and only couple of hatchbacks.
Rooms are small with acceptable building material and quality. This building is mostly occupied by Gujarati families.
