★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience is not good with Zaveri pearls.I have purchased 4 necklace from a shop of Zaveri pearls situated in baroda central and they promised life time warranty .2 of them broken,and today when I approached to Baroda central shop of Zaveri Pearls they refused on pretext of that shop is closed for 2 days and directed to other shop for exchange,then I approached to Zaveri pearls shop of shopperstop of vadodara but they also refused to exchange .becoz material was not purchased from shopperstop .then why all India exchange life time warranty was given? material sold at shoppersstop under brand name of Zaveri pearls is not fair practice .material shall not be sold under brand name zaveri pearls .or your warranty should clearly spell that no exchange at shopperstop. I have been harassed by shop of zaveri pearls when they can not exchange within one city why they providing all India warranty?
