Comfortable beds and the taste of food is good. Clean and nice interiors. Everything was top-grade : rooms, kitchen, good breakfast. Price on a higher side but it is acceptable with the kind of services they provide. Till now my best experience. Sajan Agarwal uncle is courteous and helpful. Refund Policies are great. No notice is required. You will get your refund as soon as you hand over the keys and sometimes before the day you leave. Would highly recommend! Best in New Town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you are joining the treatment is different and once we made the payment, then they won't care about us. Owner Sajan Agarwal is full money minded, he will say I will do everything but he won't even give proper response he will come to pg to collect money, if you delay in paying rent for 1 day he will call you 100 times, if suppose you call him to say some problem he will say don't disturb me . He will ask everyone one to give good reviews about his PG. He is not genuine in rent. In a room 3 persons are there he will say different money to different people. He will charge 7k, 8k, 9k from 3 members in a single room with non-ac. To waste your money definitely visit this PG. Otherwise don't stay. You will get a 1bhk flat in 9k, now he made all the non-ac rooms as 9k per head and for geyser extra 500. Don't waste money. Food also not very good in breakfast for 7 days they will provide 3 times poori, 3 times chola batura, once idly. Most of the items are made with maida which is not good for health. No one will stay more than 1 month in this PG, it is not good. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned once in a month. Staff is irresponsible, they won't even look after the water in tank. Everyday early in the morning they woke up after 7 then they will turn on motor if some one iform. If u find an issue and inform to them they will behave rude at you. Worst pg ever I had. Price is very high. Owner wants change the room all of a sudden he will come and ask u to move to another room if u Denise that he will ask u to leave the pg at that point. U have to follow him otherwise he will ask u you to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are pretty good. Located in a calm and neat environment. A very good PG to stay in Kolkata. Owner Uncle is good and PG members are good too. LIVING IN OM PG IS ONE OF THE BEST THING I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE !!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience. It's a shared PG facility for men, highly overpriced. 7000,9000 for 4 & 3 person sharing. Price at 13000, Single room is not a room but an 8*6 wooden separation which is smaller than the shared bathroom which will be used by entire building. Just ask the owner Sanjay Agarwal to describe the place on two seperate occasions and you'll know he has his script memorised. AC & Geyser charges are extra at ₹10/unit. Food is OK, not good or exceptional. Staff is not friendly if you point out their mistakes. Rooms are cleaned twice a month. No power backup. Owner return my security deposit 20 days after I left, that too in installments and I had to call him multiple times every day. In short, its an overpriced PG facility with its flaws owned by a money hungry miser, his only son sits in the PG all day ordering the staff around for stuffing his own face and is deaf to any complaints. If you choose it, be ready to throw your money down the drain.

Very clean rooms, Immediate attention to requests and Excellent food ( I'm vegetarian )..Equal importance given to all state people by Mr. Sajan Agarwal - Owner, takes care of the guests like relatives only. You would be really Lucky to get a vacant place to stay here ( OM PG ), SURE.Leave with smile :?? Slender Keys & Take. Security Deposit very easy! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice pg to stay with all the amenities available and the food is also very good and the people working here are also very nice and kind. Unlike other pg’s OM PG return every penny of the deposit even with a days notice and also returns the money if you have stayed for less than the amount paid for .
Overall it’s the best PG in new town and I had a wonderful experience.

This owner is totally money minded and does not care about anything else. This guy will just talk sweetly to you and scam you when you leave. You will not recieve your security deposit. All the 5 star reviews are fake and planted by his agents. Honest opinion, do not come here

All the reviews posted here are forcefully given by the guests because the owner Sajan Agarwal does not return the security money until you give a 5 star rating. The quality of food is too bad. The only food they cook is potato. They use same oil for cooking for 1 week. You will be welcomed by the owner as if you are his son but when you pay and start staying here, his behavior will totally change. Don't believe me? Call the owner and talk to him
You can try if you want to experience the worst pg in Kolkata.
