★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic skills of the photographer and the product delivered was looking so cheap that I had to throw the same. Ruined my anniversary pic. Unable to deliver product in time too and did not return the money. Left money with the studio considering good riddance. Used ither studio to develop the photo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUnprofessional photographers, both of them. We once asked for photo for passport and they clicked with red background and wen we reached the passport office we got to know it requires white background.
On another occasion we asked for passport photo on express, they asked us to come back in 30 mins and charged us 250/- but refused to giv a bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested a photograph print out on Sunday was told will get it on Monday and was told to pay advance in full. Came to the store on Monday was told that the picture wasn't sent to the LAB since Sunday is a holiday. Why would you promise a turn around time and not adhere to it. Dont need to lie, just inform your customers that the work will be done on Tuesday since the LAB is closed on Sundays.
Every business needs to understand their customer no matter how small or big.

2. Charges separately for emailing customers own photographs. This is a very mean and unethical business technique, should be avoided.
3. Photographer should show the photograph clicked to customer and only after he is satisfied he can proceed to bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience. The two photographers are very unprofessional. They have no patience or understanding of the new technology in photography. After telling them that I didn't like the quality of the photos he told me that he edited the background (a part of their job) and I was surprised that he's stating the obvious as a big thing he's done. He charged me extra and wasn't understanding the needs of the type of pictures I required for work purposes. Their equipment is outdated. The studio is stuffy and one keeps sweating as there's no AC. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for quality pictures. Also the two men working there who are the photographers are very creepy they keep staring at you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to take a photo urgently and the old uncle told me to pay double the amount(300rs for a 35×45 photo) to get it done now or come the next day.What's more interesting is that he gets his photos done at someplace else and that's why he needs another day,i know this bcuz i saw a guy dropping off photos at his studio when I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. The old uncle does not know how to click a photograph. The spectacle had glare, he said it will come, he was arguing for everything. I required a certain kind of photograph for exams, but he did not listen, secondly he charged me for soft copy and hard copy which was double the rate. He took 600/- rs for 8 printed passport photos and 2 soft copy which he had to reduce the size as per requirement and emailed me.please don't go here.
