Do not expect them to answer your answer your call and talk politely.Half the time the internet isnt work n the other half of the time its lagging. They might b charging less but ultimatly you will get frustrated of the internet and shoot your sellf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In spite of govt new rule that u can pick only the channels u need. These ppl force theirs expensive packs.. If u don't choose their plan they indirectly increase ur pkg by charging 154rs for the channels that are free.
Tata sky is much better. U actually end up paying only for the channels u choose. Unlike this chor cable wala

If you are staying in this locality you have no choice but to go ahead with this so called internet service provider
ITS A GREAT MONOPOLY.
You can't choose any other service provider in their vicinity they literally chop your wire off.
Not at all value of money.
Forget value the employees don't have basic values as to how to talk to a customer
IF YOU DECIDE TO CALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED NUMBER BEWARE OF MS. Anjali
Ms Anjali think she owns the world, she has no decency to talk to clients, She yells , she abuses, makes it sound like she's doing you a favor.
Instead ask for Dipti she's sweet girl she might solve your problem.

They cheat customers and charged me an obnoxious amount of 2100Rs for installation.
When asked for the breakup of the amount, Santosh, one of their employees abuses and threatened my father that he will cut the line.
Do not use the services of fools who don’t value customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't face speed issues but highly unreliable. I used it mainly for gaming and dropped packets made it impossible. Jio Wifi is much better despite the the lag that comes with wireless internet. Constantly had network issues because of their haphazard wiring on terraces etc
I later switched to Tikona that also had issues of its own with dropped packets. But that was still more reliable despite their bad service. Finally dropped that too and only use Jio Wifi which is always reliable and less than half the rate I was paying.
Their wholesale internet quota would get depleted every month and I always had to make a call to reactive it.
Resolution given to me was that the connection was active from their end and never really bothered to check despite calling multiple times. Once they even tampered with my tikona connection. Asked the watchman if the ISP came to the terrace and he said yes. Imagine the incompetency of these people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called u three times on three different days and have requested to remove 3 cables that u have installed in front of my window... I mean not even your customer. Rats are climbing from these cables and entering my house... U said I will send some one and no one has arrived... First if all it is not the right practice if keeping cables hanging in front of someone s window... I will have to remove these cables by my self if u don't act which might cause unnecessary interruption to some of your customers. Also I will complain gainst you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet and television provider in dahisar west. Since their is no other local internet service provider they think they are king of area. They are careless about service actually i think don't know the meaning of it. Just want money nothing else.
They have only one so called 'service engineer' who thinks god gave all the knowledge about IT to him only and everyone else is fool.
I subscribed for 100 mbps plan and getting 10 mbps speed. When I called for service that so called 'service engineer' came after 5 days and demanded Rs. 500 for installing new wire outside my house which is included in service charge. So overall review is avoid purchasing any of the service from these cheaters. Otherwise they will build entire network from your money only. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS.
