★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't have the courtesy to answer to your calls nor do they have the courtesy to call back. Om Sai Internet connection is the worst quality, keeps disconnecting frequently and even after several requests to look into the issue they don't bother at all.
