★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had a good experience at all. Although I got possession at Shiv Elite but I never checked in to flat because of long pending issues not resolved. Several emails , phone calls and frequent visits have not helped. On site managers always try to convince the issues would be resolved. Very poor maintenance and poor quality. I still got a broken door in bathroom. It has a big hole in it and was fitted broken. I had told this before possession but still no one has addressed the issues. I hope they improve the maintainance department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder had a good reputation from the past projects, but off late has had many issues...
From what I observed :
1. The construction quality is quite bad. There are issues ranging from leakages (even in walls having no internal pipes or exposure to rains), bad door quality tile fitting and sloppy grout filling, wrong slope of bathroom and even kitchen oata !!!
2. The maintenance is pathetic. They have taken 25 years maintenance....but the staff will attend you only if you "bribe" them...
3. Also, club house charges are 500 pm/per facility e.g swimming or 2. Gum5.
