Worst Hospital administration. There is no value for Patients time. My Appointment was at 3 45pm and doctor didn't turned up till 4 45pm. There are many reviews on Google about mismanagement of time, still they are not improving. Careless staff... avoid going to this place unless you want to waste time in reception area waiting for doctors to come.....and during covid time it is really risky to spend hours in hospitals... there are many other place in chembur who are prompt and gives proper appointment times to patients...

Had a great experience at Oma hospital.I went to Dr.Tanuja during my pregnancy, she gives sufficient time and attention to each of her patient and explains everything in a very simple manner. You will feel very positive and confident after talking to her. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests. The hospital is equipped with latest technology, well maintained, spotlessly clean and hygienic. Staff at Oma is friendly, efficient and extremely caring. We are fortunate and lucky to get treatment from a very much experienced Dr like Dr.Tanuja who helped us become proud parents of our little angel.

Doctor is super. Like she is best in her domain. But the reception is horrible. Do not ever come on time here. They will always make you wait for 30 min atleast. The receptionist (an old lady) considers people are sitting idle at home and taking naps...Thats the attitude and response you will get..4 times I visited this hospital, evrytime this happens. Sad!!!

The doctor is really good....quite patient enough to listen to you carefully. But this hospital lacks time management completely. I had an appointment at 6.15 which was confirmed by the receptionist and this was my first visit after i arrived in India especially where i am looking for a option to deliver and when i reach there i come to know i dont have any appointment as such. The reception area is full of people who thinks we have ample of time to wait there. I waited for more then 2 hours to meet the doctor which was difficult to sit on those iron chairs when you 32 weeks pregnant and another bad incident was they forgot to give me B12 injection which was prescribed by the doctor. With this mismanagement and breaking you head so much who will think of delivering here. May be if people can ignore this and focus only on the doctor. Even when we explained to the doctor she herself folded her hands saying if i try to find i will never get the truth. Its insane that you will pay so much and end up breaking your head with such petty things. No doubt the doctor is lovely but the admin and management makes you think twice about this place.

I consulted Dr Tanuja for my pregnancy and must say I am greatly satisfied with overall staff, management and the doctor. The hospital is A1 with all the facilities and the rooms, etc are so clean. I underwent a c-section procedure and my journey till date has been very smooth. The doctor knows what's best for her patients and is very knowledgeable in her field. The entire team of doctors that work with Dr. Tanuja are great. The staff is very courteous and post care by all the nurses was the best part. Anytime you need help with the baby they were ready to help. I highly recommend OMA Hospital to every woman who is looking for great hospital and an even better doctor.

I brought my mom here for a boil to be removed by Dr Prasad Mahadevan. Basically, I was in this hospital only because of Dr Prasad, who is very professional & precise. Friends, if you have a choice, don’t come here because the hospital lacks basic facilities like soap. They asked my mom to walk around without slippers, that too during this pandemic. Receptionist is rude, staff are laid back. But all said, if you want Dr Prasad, then you may re think as he is the best. Dr Prasad”s hospital has gone under redevelopment & we are left with no choice, unless Dr Prasad shifts to a better equipped hospital.

Deserving 5 star. Read lot of mixed reviews but since it was close to my residence, took my wife along but was surprising shocked not to witness any bad experience. Yes you had to spend almost 2 hours but doesn't mean you just get 5 mins to visit the doc. They worked on our file for fair amount of time we were in there. No problem with any of the staff. Basically carry a gentle smile towards them and they are happy to help you with everything. Doc s really positive. Considering the amount of time they spent on every patient surely the fee is on a very lower side which includes even exercise tips.

I had an unbelievably horrible experience from this hospital. I went to this hospital right after I conceived and wanted to deliver in this hospital. First of all the staff here is not at all cooperative. The staff will not answer your calls or will not communicate your query to the doctor. The doctor will never talk to you directly(not even when you are near to your term). The staff will promise to call back but won’t call. So when my 9th month started I asked my doctor if everything is going as per the process. She did my internal scan and said that the cervix isn’t opening at all. I was worried and did more and more exercises for it. Every week she would call me for an NST worth Rs 1500/-. On the 39th week she told me to scan done. In the scan she told me there is a knot around the baby’s neck. She didn’t do my PV(internal scan) ever after that. That’s where the story begins . So she told me we will give me induce pains. I asked her is it successful? She said no at the end it would be a operation only coz of the cord around the child’s neck. As usual I trusted her and was going for an operation on April 24. So as per the protocol I went for an Rapid Antigen scan on April 24 before getting hospitalised. In the test I came covid positive. I immediately called the hospital and as usual the doctor doesn’t speak to you directly(PS- it was my due date still the doc didn’t answer my call and asked me to contact to the staff). The staff was as usual super super lazy and was not able to arrange for any answer. I waited for doctors answer if she would do my operation or not. The staff called and said you can come to the hospital the doc will do your operation today itself. Me and my family went to the hospital at 11 am. Now understand our situation, I am due any minute plus I am covid positive. So we were all super tensed. So we reached the hospital around 11 am. The staff started with the process of tests and all. I asked them if I could speak to the doctor. They said doc would come at 2. Then at 2pm they said let’s go to the operation theatre. I thought my wait was over and finally I would meet my baby. PS I haven’t eaten anything since morning. So I was in the pre OT at 2 pm. Around 4 I was there only in the pre OT room and was waiting for the doctor to come (from 11 am till 4pm no doctors came for any visit). I had not eaten anything since morning and my entire family was waiting for the news. The doc came at 4 and said we can’t get your operation done today as you are “covid positive”. I said doctor you knew this since 11 am. Why didn’t you tell me this before? She didn’t answer. She said don’t worry your cervix isn’t open yet (without doing any internal checkup she said this). She said you won’t deliver until next 10 days. So recover first and come back for the operation. I trusted her and came back home. The next day morning around 8.30 am my contractions started and I didn’t know what to do. That is where the panic starts. I called the doctor but as usual the doc doesn’t speak to you directly. I called the hospital 10 times and none of them told me anything. No help was given from the hospital. The staff was super irritating and the doc was not answering my call. I must have made 20 calls to her. Finally, I went to BL nair hospital at around 10 am and delivered a girl child naturally at 1 pm. Now I want to state some facts told to me by the doctor at nair hospital that There was no cord around the neck. Summary- a) the hospital does not believe in time management. They give you an appointment at 5pm but they won’t start the process until 6. At 6 they will call for BP and weight. Then at 7 your number would come. B) Every time you go they charge a bomb. C) Please be careful before choosing this hospital. The doc is in complete favour of Caesarean section delivery.
