★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Forest Spa, faridabad has everything one expect while buying a home. its peaceful and green and away from hustle bustle of city. All major schools & colleges are in near vicinity. south delhi is just 20 mins drive from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the well maintained societies in Surajkund, Faridabad. Very good plantation, lush green lawns and lot of parking space is the beauty of Omaxe Forest Spa which had got a number of towers having flats of different sizes. Saline water is a known problem and it has hot good power back up all which doesn't come free as the flat owners has to cough up about Rs 15K per month for maintenance. It is meant for people from the high-end of the society. Occupancy in Omaxe is still low. Different roads are there to reach Delhi which may for example takes about 45 minutes to reach EoK. Metro is said to be coming nearby soon. Flats are generally spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of parking spot , good society in general. Lush green lawns, security is there but not soo good. Rooms are nice and cosy. Room service is good, but the environment around here is not that good, it's too hot in summers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some dinner party might have taken place when I visited as disposable items were lying here and there.Food might have been ordered from out side.I wanted to stay for two days.Two rooms were shown to me.I could pay the charges as per tariff.But I didn't like the rooms:they were not cozy and likeable for me.More over car could not be under my observation.If no way out you can stay there.For filming and shooting the place is o.k.and undisturbed. One of the staff took me for a producer and told that he was a story writer and song composer and was looking for a chance and some body to come to his help.He demonstrated some of his compositions also.I advised him to improve upon and have faith in himself and in the plans of God.
