★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only advantage is closer to delhi, other than that nothing as much. Every other day water problem and if water comes, most of the time filled with dirt.
Second, parking problem in this society.
Only buy here if you get a dedicated slot for parking, have to roam here and there to get parking for the guests.
Park is there with basketball/lawn tennis/badminton courts. Market inside society has most of the stuff one needs at home.
