★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance is very poor...shoddy construction...basement parking has water leakage all over...there is ongoing issues between RWA and Builder...lot of pigeons ruin ur balcony...no way near a 5 star residential property as stated in advertisement....swimming pool is never open..leakages in building specially in bathrooms and kitchen..tap water is salty

All regular facilities available but their is problem of salty water. Kid zone is also not that big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stinking Area , due to over flowing of Sewer lines and mis management of Sewer problem at the back. No place for walking. Outside is a crowded and filthy market and inside the Sewer is over flowing. Stinking and disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst worst worst places to live in Faridabad. Water is extremely hard. Management is lazy like anything. The residents have a clear distinction between tenants and owners. Full of alcoholics in the complex who create scenes. Completely the worst choice to stay in Faridabad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I have been living in this place for approx 2 years.
Pluses-
-Nice Airy Apartments, with lots of light and breeze flowing. Top Floors have an excellent SunSet View right out of their windows and Balconies
-Flats are spacious with 4BHK where Study room is also spacious
-Parking- Sufficient Parking with one open and one covered allocated to each Flat. Space for Visitors Parking also available.
- Decent Club House- and with new RWA at least cleaning part is taking Care of
- Good neighbourhood- Educated and decent gentry
- Location - Perfect- Very near to Delhi and all amenities like Metro, Highways, South Delhi is just 5 mins
- Not too crowded
Minuses-
- OC for two towers is still pending and that one of the big issue with the builder
- Water quality is indeed poor with TDS more than 2200.
- Building Maintenance is poor but RWA is working on it hopefully
- Stray Dog issue is there but manageable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, so, first, I'm not an resident of these flats but, I visit my friend regularly, who's living there. This review will be based on what I experienced and not what I heard,
Security let me in most of the time without even asking anything (they didn't even ask me anything even on my first visit and mind you I'm talking of the main gate checkpoint), though I record my entry at the building security point.
Water is indeed salty.
Well it's obviously not "5 Star" as advertised. I believe for that much amount, we can get bang for bucks property in nearby sec 35 or 37 area.
Apparently there is some issue going on with management and dogs, well they are nice creatures what is the issue with them ¯\_(ツ)_/
I believe the main entrance could be made more beautiful by covering those sewers and the main wall itself and removing garbage from the entrance wall.
Rooms were spacious (maybe?) But they were kind of assymetric or they were not uniform, the patterns were skewed. Even the build quality was not close to 3 star.
Again, for that much amount, one can enjoy a decent home in the area of sector 37 which is better than the hamilton tower and yes no salty water there.
The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the silence that surrounds the area, location and some nifty facilities like gym, parks and all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For god's sake!! Turn off the generator when power is back!! It keeps on running for 12-15 hours .... Creating tooooo much noise pollution! There are people living nearby
