★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have Omega Lift, and we were happy with service of the company.
but last 45 days we are in very trouble, Lift is close. Every factory(Omega) person
speaking politely telling us ' Lift jaldhi chalu ho jay ga" but nothing was happening
We paid Rs. 32000/ as AMC on 17/8/2020.(NEFT no.002055673876) (ICICI Bank)
after that company reported that motor of the Lift is need to get repaired.
and it should be sent from Pune to Ahmedabad for repair. and the
company people gave us a new estimate for repair work for Rs. 42000/-
and asked us to pay the amount in advance.
Now we paid that said amount Rs 42000/- on. 28/8/2020.(NEFT no.002060947057) (ICICI Bank).
Then motor was removed and sent for further repair to Ahmedabad.
machine get repaired and returned Pune 17/9/2020 .(came back after 1 month)
The company staff came do the necessary work , and lift get running. we were very happy.
But alas, Lift stop running next day.
Again we contacted the company Pune office.
There engineers came checked the Lift and they diagnosed that lifts encoder is not working
and should be replaced with a new one . The company asked for Rs, 20000/- and they issued
demand note acordingly.
Somehow we convinced the officer to get the Lift start first and we shall pay the amount letter
Next day (26/9/2020) there engineers came with Encoder (the Part). Fitted the Lift with part.
But Lift can't get repaired .
the engineers said that it seems there is some more problem with Motor .
Conclusion:
1) Company (Omega) has paid with Rs. 74000/- (paid to omega)
2) When will the Lift get running is not sure.
3) 17/8/2020 to 26/9/2020 (40 days) , still Lift is not running.
