In my store ? i in installed lift after 2-3 months letter lift not working properly i have called them many a times but they haven’t given proper reply and when they came for one time at my showroom for the service they charged me a huge bill

This company gives third class service to there customers. In my appartment Total 4 nos lift installed but none of them are working properly, 2 out of them are installed recently and 2 were installed arround Feb-20.
(1) lift Stop in between and after serving enginner puted live wire open in lift due to that current is passing through entire lift and appartment main MCB tripped.
(2) one lift is noise like a truck. When I show case this problem to enginner he replied, this sound is coming from some parts of the lift... after that he replied will do the needful but he didn't done the needful... Still there is noise...
I don't know what customer will do when lift is under comprehensive maintenance waranty then repair it or replace it.
I have called them many a time but they haven’t given proper reply and when they came for the service they are doing nothing but only time pass
