★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the place is at pivotal location due to its proximity to WE highway. However before Omkar Realtors entrance, it was full of slums therefore the mentality of some of dwellers is still the same even after shifting into reasonably good SRA flats. But I am sure with changing time things will also change.

Good building condition. Cctv protection. 6 lifts per building. Good transport facility. Nearby highway which makes it awesome
