★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located residential complex of medium size, having 2 wings - each of 22 storeys and 4 flats/floor. It is about 1 km from Malad station, & 1km from Western Express Highway. Adequate basement parking. 4 private sector banks within walking distance. Play school & a high school , shops for all day to day needs within walking distance. Good open compound for children. Small sized gym & swimming pool. Very breezy. There are 2 lifts in each wing & generally you have to wait for 5 minutes
Many flats have leakage problem.
