Drinking water is available for 20 minutes once every alternate day. Electricity issues are frequent. Internet broadband is expensive. Cleanliness of the society is poorly maintained. The society is located in Adaigaon grampanchayat and everything is 25% expensive. You may have to spend 300 rupees per day to buy portable water if you have relatives over at your place.
The ground-water is very high in TDS is high as 7500 and completely unsafe for drinking. The window grills erode quickly such is the quality of air.
If you want to waste your hard earned money and cry over bad infrastructure then this is the best place to buy a house.
New Panvel is close-by provided you have your personal transport. Ensure that the fuel is always topped up as petrol pumps are located far away.
