★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst courier agency, running it on lie. Firstly they don't prefer to update the status online and when you call them for checking the status of parcel they started engaging you kal hojayega when u call them again after couple of days they will say its delivered, even incase when it's not delivered. What you feel that we will not check it with the party or what. I have also attached the screenshot. Even support staff don't have any manners or etiquette how to talk with the customer/client. Even this agency takes month time to deliver the parcel within the city after giving 15 20 reminders. If you choose this agency then its your responsibility to get your courier delivered, you have to pay, you have to give them reminders.
