★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic Service. They keep on giving you the false commitment. They even dont have the delivery person to deliver the courier. Don't deliver the courier on time. Strongly recommend to not use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service I ever used my brother was asked to come along 10 km from his University campus in Noida to a different location to collect the parcel.
The parcel was supposed to be at the location which was provide at the time of placing the parcel cost for 250 for Noida, took 3 days and then came with all this.
When I complaint that to the local office person Kamal the person working said that he has noted the complaint will took some time. This was when the courier boy was 10 km away from delivery address. The person at Indore office said that if he don't deliver it will come back to Indore. Well surely not for this I made the courier.
This experience has proved that never trust these courier service, its better to use some better available in city.
#Never_use_it.
