★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not be misled by their name. There is nothing professional in what they do. Package reached destination 5 days ago and still hasnt been delivered. On their website it says " No time for Delivery". Please never go with this courier service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had a very bad experience with the professional couriers. i was sent a shipment, and it was received at my city's office as per online tracking. but even after 5 days i did Not receive my package. and i called multiple times but all the phone lines were busy all the time. on raising complaint, i was told they are short on staff and it will be delivered next day.
finally i myself went to their office and collected the shipment. firstly, they were not short staffed at all. moreover, i found out that the packaging was torn badly and that is why they were not delivering (they wanted to repack, which was taking more than 5 days!). This was highly unprofessional, and irresponsible behavior on their part. i would recommend against using this courier service.
