★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my recent visit to 1+ service centre, i would like to tell some pros and cons of service centre.
Pros
1. No waiting period for replacement of products. Like my 1+ buds stop working and they immediately replaced it in an hour.
Cons
1. Very small
2. Customer attending guy is ok but the engineer is very arrogant.
Overall experience is fine and my issur resolved in very less time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst one plus service center in meerut . The employee doesn't even bother to pick up the phone if the customer wants to enquire about something. The service is very much delayed . I have been waiting for one plus mist green back glass for more than a month and still the service center doesn't have the phone parts . They doesn't even bother to inform us about any such details . Wish i would have purchased another company's phone at least they would have provided a much better customer service than the so called ONE PLUS did
