I had booked a 2 way cab from Mumbai-Dapoli and back for my parents on 9th and 15th Sept.'21.
The owner and his staff responds very well until the booking advance is paid and provides you every detail.
He also said that all drivers we have are either fully vaccinated or will carry negative RT-PCR report. I specially confirmed this as my all family members who were travelling are above 50.
I had booked a diesel sedan car for both ways. On the booking day and 1 hour prior to the given time, owner Mohit says he doesn't have any diesel sedan car available. All we have is Ertiga which will cost you more. I got to know this after calling him several times for car details.
When being asked for non-availability of asked car, his tone became rude and he cut the phone. After calling him for a while,he arrogantly said i will give you full refund. But we had to chose the other option of Ertiga car by paying extra he informed us this on 11th hour.
While onward journey to Dapoli when we asked driver about vaccination,he told us that our owner is not providing us the payment to take vaccine and thus non of the drivers are vaccinated.
About yesterday-15th Sept.'21 journey:-
Again a different car provided due to unavailability. While booking when I asked the owner- Mohit about how old his cars are..He said all cars are 3-4 years old; but the car arrived yesterday was an old model of Honda City..Car was dirty from inside..The tyres of the car was old that they go9t punctured twice in a single journey.
Again driver had no RT-PCR report nor he was vaccinated with a single dose.
Driver himself was well behaved on the Dapoli-Mumbai journey and no complaints about him. But the owner and supporting staff are so rude and careless.
Please don't just go on ratings given on google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience pls pls pls don't book from this site it's the third class experience I got from there cab. Had a journey from mahableshwar to Mumbai it was worst experience would suggest to go for msrtc busses which are better and cheaper from this .No proper communication and no vehicle no alloted after booking . Asking to pay extra during the trip. Arrogant drivers and sending all the uncomfortable old cars after commitment of good and comfortable cars. Literally the worst experience of my life .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst unprofessional service provided by the founder Mr. Mohit. I had booked a SUV from Mumbai to Vapi for my relatives. The cab came almost 2 hours late for pickup and I was charged Rs.300 extra for a pickup that was on the way. And the most frustrating thing was when the cab was enroute with my relatives and I called Mr. Mohit to compensate for the delay and inconvenience, he was rude and totally unprofessional. I was surprised when he said "You called just for Rs.300 ? I will ask the driver to stop whereever he is and you get another cab for rest of the journey", he also said that he had to attend a wedding and he does not have time to talk about the inconvenience.
Mr. Mohit - 300 Rs. might be a small amount for you but its a lot for many people and if you do not have time for your customers then might as well stop providing the service. I know for sure that you lack the knowledge of how to handle your customers. How can you say that you will drop the passengers midway and ask them to fetch another cab ? In so many years of me hiring cabs no one ever used this kind of language. For your customers inconvenience and frustration caused by your low quality service, instead of being courteous, polite, apologetic, you were venting your frustration on the customer. The most surprising and disappointing part is that this behavior came from a founder who should be responsible and accountable for his business and customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service.

Booked assured Innova service day before. Next morning got a sms saying cab is not available. Was offering a smaller car.
Tried calling them multiple times but no response. Then they refunded my money.
Book at your own risk. They will cancel the bookings anytime without giving any reasons. Would not recommend this service.
