Every alternate days there will be activities like aerobics, cross fitness and yoga. Trainers are good.
I've been a member of this gym from past 1 year.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent trainers and equipments. Great place to workout and maintain fitness. This is one of the very few gyms in nagarbhavi which offers group sessions(aerobics, cross fit and yoga every alternate days) with very affordable and reasonable package prices. Highly recommended if you're looking for complete fitness plans.

โ โ โ โ โ Unsatisfied there is no different kind of exercise and they will say classes will be by 7.30 and they will start by 7.45 or 7.50 simply time waste and I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. (Not Worth)
