ONE STOP AUTO SPA has met all the criteria mentioned above.
I chanced upon it on the internet. Ofcourse, since I am very choosy and finicky when it comes to my vehicles, I had my initial apprehensions. However I chose to give it a shot. To my surprise, they delivered to my complete satisfaction.
The staff was very polite and extremely well-behaved. They were patient and did their job diligently. There was no sign of hurry to complete the job.
I got both the interior & exterior cleaned and polished.
The cleaning was done thoroughly and meticulously. The interiors were polished to shine!
Now comes the main customer experience bit.
It was a long rainy day they spent cleaning my car. The technicians missed on waxing my car and thus i didnt get tge shine I expected. When i gave the owner, Mr Yadav, my feedback, he immediately jumped into action, checked the worksheet that his staff had filled in and saw that they had indeed not done it. He immediately apologized and sent the staff back with all the equipment in an hour and got the job done. This was the turn-around point of my opinion for O.S.A.S. The staff who came spent 3 hours on my car till it sparkled!
This kind of customer experience is what creates the difference between the best and the rest!
I wish they keep up the same quality of work and same standard of customer experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive.. compared to other suburbs..quality of work is decent and they should add interior polish in that 550 package..then it will be worth .orelae you have to pay 1075 just to get your interior polished.. packages are not customer friendly for sure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have opted for their 12 step exterior detailing for my 2019 Swift. The car was shining just like showroom condition after the treatment. Attention to detail was amazing. Behavior was thorough professional, transparency in dealing was evident.
A big shout out to Suman who handled my car polishing job to perfection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best car detailing centres in the city. All services are reasonably priced with considerable attention to detail.
Rajesh ji, the owner, is very passionate about his business, having in-depth knowledge of car detailing. His assistant Suman does a good job in assessing requirements and suggesting the appropriate package. They have a tie-up with a garage for repair work as well.
Overall, it is a one stop shop for car maintenance. The only con is location. However, one can opt for their pick up service.
