You need to constantly remind them what you want them to do, or they will forget another day and do something with poor quality or what they want to do even if you don’t like it at all. The architect/owner lacks in precision and vision, and skills to impress clients with ideas, he only talks continuously to make you believe what wonders he would do, and you are left disgusted and disappointed with the end results after paying them loads! Don't believe in the positive comments, they are written by their team and family members
