Do not visit this centre...bcuz u also will disappointed like me...My headphones/neckband is in warrantee period but they are not replace it nor repair it....and saying,"we can't replace it,. It's physically damaged" while my neckband is very normally damaged and damaged only red wires.... I want to ask them,"If its can't replaced in physical damaged condition,then why ur using worst material while production, that its get damaged in between 6 to 12 months without any rough uses ?????"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Nord 2 from Amazon but it wasn't charging with the charger in the box.
I requested Amazon to replace my device, but they kept on delaying.
I went to this OnePlus service centre and they replaced my charger in 30 mins itself. As my device was within warranty, they didn't charger anything and the staff here is really helpful too. Excellent job guys!!! Really happy from the service!

Nice ambience with light music..
It was quite difficult to find me store first time as it's is inside..But it's fine..
Nicely managed and worthy visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, super fast, technically expert and honest staff. I had charging port issue with my OnePlus 6. As it's old phone, I first consulted outside repair shop who claimed exorbitant price and 6 month warranty on non-genuine part. I thought to check once with authorised service center here and they fixed it at no cost as the part was in all good shape and required minor cleaning and adjustment.
I must say OnePlus service is as good as their product. They just retained one more loyal customer for their brand.

2. Very well made and fast service
3. Staff behaviour is okay and helpful
4. Prices are fair and honest as per the original website repair prices
5. Repairing time is around 1-2 days for basic repair like display change
