★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I purchased refrigerator. Delivery was not on time, Installation was not on time. On billing counter I waste 1 hours. Everything mismanagement. I think this store not even 1 star capable. I visited 2 times in store after purchased refrigerator for delivery. Customer care number no work, not toll-free. I will recommend for reliance Digital. Please visit at 3rd floor in season mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products I wanted to check were not available or out of stock. The executives need to be more vigilant about customer requirements and about the product. A basic technical question may catch them unawares and they immediately search for any supervisor for help. Which again is an issue. I also feel that they should have a listening or a demo room to audition products before finalizing the purchase. But at this time this is the only showroom that has the capability to deal with customers who come with a varied range and tastes.

Just one thing I didn't liked they took nearly 20 minutes to find out weather product is having No Cost EMI. We have to stand in queue & during the billing process we get to know details. Rest all good.

The service received in offline stores is far better than online site.
Recently, I have purchased a Bajaj cooler from croma . The cost is good for pocket and there are different discounts on HDBC bank cards .
