★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic store. I just tried to pick up a tray which wasn't kept properly in the first place and it fell and broke because of no fault of my own. The staff told me I have to buy it now and the store manager also sang the same lame tune! They didn't even have the courtesy to foot half the price. I recommend not going to this store as I have seen the quality of both its products and people firsthand..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained and arrogant staff. Be aware of price tag fraud. Was billed wrong and he says that's because the price we high as per his machine and was not ready to give my money back ( not even an apology). Demanded me to take another item to match the wrong price ( why should I ??). I told him to keep the item & money for yourself if he is not ready to cancel item ( He actually did that happily. Can you believe ??)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of reliable store in season mall, where you will purchase normal house hold items. But they also increased their prices on some items. Visited the store still having the same stock with same variety materials. After pandemic only few customers are visiting the store. Most of product feels those are Chinese products.

All the staff members try to put their work on one another. Lazy attitude.
The Billing was not done for a non QR product. There was no bill provided.
Plus the item was defect (6 bowl set)
The Billing process was slow.
The staff had no idea about the placement of items and their availability.
Neither were they helpful.
Some of the glass items in the display were broken.
