★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to avoid at all cost for terminally ill and emergency cases and make sure you dont pay before you ask them the waiting time. I had to wait for 2 Hrs and 15 Mins to get my USG Abdomen done while i was suffering from high grade fever and mind you all the sweet talkers and people known to the staffers will be given the priority.
Even after telling the staff at the counter that i was suffering from fever, my turn came only after i started asking for refund so that i can go someplace else.
No COVID Protocols are being followed currently as the place is over crowded at all times.
Will make sure no one from my friends or family have to face the same issue i faced.
A suggestion for Dr. Nitin Aggarwal, rather than writing arrogant replies to the feedback and reviews of the patients and telling them to come down to the lab for further discussion (guess what? nobody cares with hundreds of diagnostic labs around), it would be good if proper training is provided to the staff or a token system is introduced to prioritise and manage the crowd better.
