β β β β β Worst place. Don't stay here. No provisions. No generator. No food. Food has to be eaten at a nearby dhaba. There is no electricity during night times and even no attendant to call in times of need

β β β β β Best Accomodation in Bishnupur with helpful staff. Well maintained and clean rooms and bathrooms at affordable rates. Well located and close to all tourist attractions.

β β β β β Horrible, horrendous messy and what not. It's a property under construction and poorly maintained, cleaning never done. Dead lizard on window. Ac, TV, geyser fan not working. No food. No packaged water. But if u wanted to get lost out of the environment on a haunted place . "A must visit"

β β β β β It was good experience. The staff behavior was good. It is located 2.5 located from railway station. All amenities were working. Chips and cold drinks was given as complimentary services. There is no dining facility. It was costly stay. The property is managed by manager.

β β β β β Pros:-
1. Outside the din and bustle of city
2. Unencumbered view of night sky - clear skies offer a brilliant sight of the stars
3. Welcome drink
Cons:-
1. Property construction still in progress
2. Untrained staff
3. No food facilities - only 1 restaurant with a limited menu delivers average food.
4. No facilities for kids to play. NB: a badminton net has been strung up on uneven ground and that is claimed as a badminton court
5. Morning tea is served in 60 ml paper cups
6. No newspaper
7. No auto etc nearby, so unless you have a car, travelling to Bishnupur sightseeing spots would be troublesome
8. No bellboy available to carry luggage
9. Red towels - so a guest can't judge freshness / cleanliness easily
10. TV placed on same rickety table that is meant to double up as the in-room dining table. NB: TV was not working during our stay as they forgot to recharge the cable connection. Finally, we were told that it would start working by 10 am on day of our checkout. FYI, checkout time is 10 am.
11. Of the 8 rooms in the property, only 2 have attached verandahs, and these are probably not for rent. 2 rooms are on ground floor, and rest on 1st floor. No lift.
12. A (chemical?) factory next door let's out wierd smells at night.
13. Mattresses don't fit the bed. Atleast a 1inch gap on both sides.
14. No soap provided in bathroom. Two satchets of shampoo, 1 comb and 1 nearly empty tube of toothpaste was provided.
15. Bathroom mirror had red stains - probably remnants of Holi celebrations of the previous guests?
16. Bathroom had a solitary shelf, which was not fixed properly - it came undo in one touch
17. Commode seat was broken when we entered
18. Shower fitment had a missing hand shower attachment.
19. It's called a farm stay - but there's no farm here.
20. Our room had a hole in the wall near the ceiling - probably made for the AC, through which mosquitoes came in at night.

β β β β β Without doubt one of the favorite guest houses we stayed during my time in Bishnupur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff, The staff was extremely friendly, and the guest house supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second day we did a village cyclinging which was guided by Somnath, who works in the guest house as well. We truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.
*Note* , this is not a 4/5-star guest house or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.
Date of stay: March,2019
Trip type: Travelled with friends

β β β β β We had a very bad experience with this hotel.
We booked 3 rooms but at the time of check-in we found one room provided to us are in ground floor having common toilet. Just beside that room there there is a kitchen and drawing room. there was no privacy. No television was there in that room. Also in the other rooms that was in first floor, geyser was not running.
The management was very much poor. There was a lady manager and most of the time we found she was not available .
even when we contacted her over phone after a lot of effort and told about the inconveniences, unfortunately she started behaving rude to us.
The location of this hotel is very much far from the locality, transportation is very much poor and very difficult to stay hair with family and kids.
That's why by taking the advantages of this kind of poor station they arrange transportation and fooding in exchange for a lot of money.
I would never recommend anyone staying in this hotel.
