★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had shifted recently to hinjewadi phase 3 and was looking for a shop to order cake for my son’s birthday . We knew this shop from the Internet plus we were earlier in Aundh .i reached this shop on Thursday 10 pm and ordered for the cake . However since it was from a picture ,customised cake , it did not get confirmation of my order . Next day I called up at 11:00 am as they had asked me to call up next afternoon . I had to speak and convince to take the order as it was kind of last minute order for them . Then they called to expect 20 % different .Also we somehow managed to pay only by 4 pm until which they did not start .Next day on Saturday , the delivery man was initially reluctant to deliver , because the cake might melt . But we had no option but to get it delivered . We took the risk . My husband took the delivery at the hotel . When I finally saw the cake , during cutting ceremony it was the exact cake we ordered . It tasted so good . It was a sight . The people around and even the restaurant manager clicked the pic of the cake quickly. It became a main point of the d- day . We are so thankful that the cake was so up to the mark ,tasty and delivered even though there was slight delay from our end . Xavier at the shop Is young but managed everything so well . We are thankful to the chef and all the people involved . I will share the pic of the cake as well .Thank you again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a red velvet strawberry cake for our wedding anniversary. It was a lovely heart shaped cake with a bright red strawberry mirror glaze. Beautifully moist and tasty.
It was a little sweet for our taste but nevertheless thank you team Bakers basket for making our day !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I have ordered pineapple cake and it seems bit old stock and taste is very bad and it's over fermented. Used to visit this shop earlier due to brand name which used to provide good quality cakes. But now this is also a very normal shop for ordering cakes, I have even personally try to give feedback about the order and it seems they doesn't bother about the feedback and not responding properly. Please avoid ordering the cake especially for children unless you have confirmed the stock is fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of pastry is going from bad to worse in recent times. I was a regular customer at the Aundh store since the last 20 years..Had recently purchased black forest pastry in the afternoon and had the same day ...turned out to be sour and not at all as per the standards they once had...the salesperson assured me that it was fresh so I went ahead to purchase it and experience the worse. Reported this to the customer care executive the same day but no response or heed..will not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a chocolate cake from Baker's Basket yesterday 18th April 2022 to commemorate Easter. This was through Swiggy. The cake was stale, and not at all up to the standard of Baker's basket. Has covid made such a drastic difference to quality. If you guys don't look into this matter soon, you will lose all the good will the customer has for you. The brand will no longer be at the no 1 position. Very dissatisfied with the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Experience. Got a COMPLETELY BROKEN Cake. Had ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, have been Baker's Basket Customer for 35 years. Quality has gone down completely. Never expected this from BB. Worst part is that their Customer Care called me just to tell that they are not willing to do anything about it.
