Atul patiently explained the features of mobiles I was looking at and did not push for a sale like other stores. He explained the offers available and offered to transfer my backup (I had broken my old mobile and couldnt access the screen) to my new phone, saving me the time and hassle of going to the service center. It took a while but watching Arif, the owner interact with his people and seeing customers happily make their purchases is proof why the store has sustained since the last 10+ years. If you are looking for a good Samsung mobile, this place will take care of you as a store should. Highly recommend.
