★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stop buying samsung mobiles, most of their #Samsung phones are #faulty either heating or slow performance....if you approach them they raise their hand and they will teach you all their *Terms and Conditions* and policies..the mugged up #templates only.
As per Samsung.. samsung phones are authorised to heat up upto 44 degree celcius ..after 45 degree they consider for repair ...their newly purchased phone heats up with in 24 hrs but until unless there is any hardware issue they don't repair or exchange.
SO BE #CAUTIOUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit to a Samsung Service center over the past three years. The first was in Kolkata a couple of years back and my feedback is with reference to that experience
The place is chaotic and I did not receive a token on entering the premises. Their mechanism to understand and capture customer complaint is below expectation.
They called up in two days stating they found no problem and want to close the case (in spite of having given a written set of issues as well as a text message to the cell number shared as that belonging to the head of the service center).
The center staff is young and appear to be less experienced. The one cell phone is constantly engaged.
I am not sure if my in-warranty phone will get the corrective action to fix the problem.
Really unhappy about the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently gave my A50s phoe for repair as it was battery dead only.. they charge you 180rs for just verifying the phone. Firstly my phone had only battery issue.. screen display was functionl when i gve for checking.. later they informed that chrges will be around 5k. Upon denying.. when i went to take back my device . It was given in dismantled condition.. the display was damaged by the service centre... this costed me changing display and battery for around 6k. Pathetic service..they only dmge the device more and return you... highly not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my M51 phone to this service center for charging issue. I was told to come next day. One day later I was told that mobile has motherboard problem and it can not be fixed without replacement that too without guarantee for about 8k. They also told me I could sell my phone to them for 2k. I took the same phone to local repair shop, he told me to wait for half an hour ,he said it was connector to board link problem. Fixed it in 1/2 hour going good for last 1 week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with Mr Rahul twice asking if J7 Prime battery can be changed & if it is available. He said if they do not have it, he will get it ordered.
Hence my person visited the Service Centre in Aundh.
They asked him to come on Friday, 6th May.
After reconfirming on phone, my person visited them today i.e. Friday, 6th May and yet was kept waiting for over an hour.
At the end, we are told that the battery is not available and it might take over a month to get it. That too it is not guaranteed.
And that they were confused with the number of the battery.
Phew! Such a frivolous reason coming from an authorised service centre of a MNC mobile manufacturing company.
So much of time, energy & resources wasted.
Do they not realise the importance of time and effective customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They r fraud. I replaced my phone battery recently requesting them to do it infront of me. They did this except for 15 minutes they took the phone inside before putting the back cover. The new battery box's seal was broken already but they said the inner plastic bag is still sealed. Result:New battery costing @ Rs2300 giving improvement by just 1-2 hrs. They r cheating while putting the new parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service. 3 days back I reached to this service centre for my samsung m30s for the charging issue. First thing first. Once I reached to the server ce center and there were not power so I kept my phone with them. I got a call after 6 hours that power is back and my phone having charging socket issue. As it is authorised service center i trust them and asked to change it and they did it. I back to home and can see problem is same as a very slow charging. Then I tried to call them but no answer. Meanwhile I checked with new charger from my friend and it shows it is working fine. So as per my knowledge what servic center checked as it was issue with the charger not the charging port. When I was there so many customers were there and complaining about the service. I will not recommend anyone this service centre. If you go there go on your own risk. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience when I visited this service centre. Staff is good and welcoming.
Liked the covid related norms followed here.
Knowledge of the staff in matters rated to mobile functioning is great and resolution is provided quickly.
Waiting time is close to 15 minutes. There is a parking crunch here which is just the only negative point along with a very smelly staircase of the building this service centre is located in.
