β β β β β I ordered "Feluda Samagra" through OCS; and it was for my kid ( a B'day wish). Within 3 days time OCS has delivered the book to my address. It was nicely packed and handled carefully till it delivered to me by OCS. Thank you OCS ... other than you it was nearly impossible to fulfill the small wish at this COVID time.

β β β β β Good communication by the seller (he was helpful and always reachable by phone). Reasonable shipping speed.
However, the online shopping experience has room for improvement (e.g. I got an order confirmation mail which came before making the actual payment. But no payment confirmation page/email came after successful payment, instead it redirected me to homepage. Also no email with tracking number was sent. I came to know after calling the owner that my package had already shipped)

Have ordered books for one of my guest at Mumbai, and it came swiftly within 2 days.
Recently, I searched through there whole catalogue and ordered a whopping 60 books in two installments.
Although only 28 were found available in market, they made sure that the books reach me properly. In order to do so, they personally send one of their representative, for which I am highly obliged to my humble home.
Thanks for all the efforts at your end. Highly recommended!

The books I wanted was not available on their website but I requested them on WhatsApp after some talking and sending them the cover photos of the books, they arranged the books, sent some pictures of the books also gave a 10% discount and delivered it the next day. Notable: Delivery charge Rs 50 and advance full payments.
