★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONN Bikes - Staffs were friendly and helpful.
But the bikes were not that great , it were all old and in withering condition.
The app says bike is available, but it's not available at that place and it's vice versa.
With UPI apps not able to pay in that app.
Once I took the Dio bike , within 50 mtrs the bike got punctured and then called the staff and asked to repair the puncture. It was horrible, we were already late to deliver that bike to us and top of that Puncture..
We need to give the ORIGINAL DL here.
One console is staffs are good but bike is not.
Would recommend this , if you are not in any urgency or can go there and book the vehicle in advance checking it's condition. Else don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always gone for their premium range of bikes but this time however I decided to go for the less premium one Yamaha FZ.
The bike was in such bad condition it was hardly rideable. The clutch had completely worn off and full lever release engages. I had no such issues with any of their bigger bikes except for bald tyres on the dominars.
I rode few metres and got back to say there was an issue when hardly anyone bothered attending. I stood there for good 15 mins and decided to call the Customer care and it was only then the guys there started to take seriously.
One of the representatives there tells that all FZ has full clutch engagement. I mean come on! The Japanese know much better than that.
My delivery was on for 9 PM, by 9:50 I was still there trying to figure out a replacement but I didn't want to continue dealing with the people there and decided to leave asking for cancellation and refund.
The CC person was helpful in providing full refund which I am thankful for. The boys there wanted to close the shop and leave abusing the customer care people while I was on the phone
Premium bikes I would recommend again the tyres would be bald. Scooters were okay too a certain extent but the mid segment commuter bikes, big No.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONN Bikes are just fraudsters and cheaters who loot money as an advance booking amount and provide worst service. My bike pick up has been denied on the name of documentation and it I was said that it is already mentioned in the terms and conditions which I could only see once I have made the payment. I did not get the bike on rent and I did not recieve a refund for my booking as well. Great initiative by the company. Cheating public legally. And the customer service is so bad that it took 18 hours for me to get to talk to a customer service agent. You guys should have concentrated more on how to provide better service rather than playing cheap tricks with terms and conditions.

The bikes they gave were in horrible condition. We bought a CT-100 and Pulsar 150. Self start didnt work in both the bikes. We had to kick start all the time.
The CT 100 had the read view mirrors missing too. They did not fix it even when we told them to and said we do not have spares.
During return they charged us a big penalty(200 for ct 100 and 400 for pulsar) for being 10 mins late and made us come to return the bikes next day. No heed given to customer convenience.
The customer care agent we talked was utterly impolite and unprofessional. The bike caretaker at the agency himself said write a bad review and dont rent a bike from us next time...still people will come and rent from us.
