โ โ โ โ โ ONP Rahatani, is an excellent hospital in Pimple Saudagar. Went there for my delivery. Doctors are really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. The atmosphere of hospital was fresh, clean and positive. Hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. I highly recommend this hospital.

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with Dr Avinash Phadnis (on 19/02/22)at ONP-Prime Hospital at Shivaji Nagar Pune was very Bad. Dr Phadnis is very arrogant and talking very rudely with the female patients. After waiting for long 2 hrs for his consultation, instead of councelling he quarrelled with me for the pathology test reports. He shouted at me when I started telling my health problems( เคคเฅเคฎเคเฅ เคจเคพเคเคเค เคฌเคเคฆ เคเคฐเคพ). He wanted the tests only from ONP hospital and not from outside labs. He warned his staff not to accept reports from 1 mg labs next time. Also said throw the reports in dustbin if not from ONP hospital. Even he was also not ready to see the digital report in my mobile by giving Covid reason and insisting hard copies. Still He charged Rs 600 simply to check reports. The hospital and Doctor is very costly and draining money from the patients. Iโm not expecting such a unprofessional behaviour from a learned doctor and such a reputed hospital. Mr Phadnis has no medical ethics and humanity. I advise you that, never go to ONP hospital with your beloved.

โ โ โ โ โ GO HERE IF YOU HAVE LOADS OF EXTRA TIME AND MONEY.
- The doctor here will not listen to you completely and arrive at conclusions.
- The staff here speaks only Marathi and even if you tell them that you don't knw the language they'll still speak to u in the same language.
- Basic amenities like soap and sanitizer will be missing and at times you might feel like doing something illegal and something that you should be ashamed of.
- This hospital will not accept the reports from outside pathology, charges huge amounts to conduct useless tests and then charge again to get consultation on the tests that they conducted.
- This hospital is just making money by making fool of people and playing with their sentiments who wants to have a kid of their own.

โ โ โ โ โ This hospital is there just to make money for themselves. Majority of the tests they prescribe are useless and are recommended just to mint money from the patients. Having a child of their own is one of the biggest dreams every married couple has and this hospital plays on the same. They perform test in their own pathology for which they charge hugely and outside reports are not allowed. Even after the tests, the reports are not shared with the patients and they charge consultation fees for discussing the test reports that they perform. I had a very bad experience when I went there for semen quality test. There was not even soap available and the whole process was conducted as if its an illegal process. PLZ DO NOT GO THERE AS IT'LL BE A BIG WASTAGE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience. Only money making business. They force there patients to admit without even taking efforts to see what actual happens to them.. that issue is actual that much serious or can cure with medicine..
no any doubt there is experienced doctors with a lots of years but also have experience how to make money from emergency patients.
There Staff donโt have manners to speak with patients. Doctor seats 100 m distance away from you.. โbecause of corona โ and no wonder she is doctor.. if you are 1st time pregnant you donโt have rights to lots of questions to doctor or there rude staff.. because they have policy to not ans the question related to health of mother or her child.

โ โ โ โ โ I got my baby girl delivered here via c-section. Staffs and administration was super supportive. We got a hassle free experience in all the aspects like admission, stay and discharge, also got cashless as it was a network hospital for all the major insurers. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hospital to would be parents living in and around PCMC.
