β β β β β Dr Shamim is a through professional! She is empathetic and non-judgmental. I could open up so easily to her. She has immense positivity. She helped me through my anxiety of IVF procedure and throughout my pregnancy. Whenever I would be negative she would help with a positive thought and explanation. She called it CBT and visualisation both helped me throughout my pregnancy till I delivered a baby boy normal and healthy as per the visualisation. Thanks Thanks and Thanks again for everything!

In about 4 or 5 sessions there was a lot of clarity about the relationship and also the explanation on personalities and attachment styles gave us alarming insights.

β β β β β There are a lot of inhibitions before we take a decision to meet a counselor for our problems, but the moment I met Mrs Shamim, she made me feel at peace with her gentle, cheerful, patient and understanding demeanor. Through our online sessions, she has helped me deal with my anxiety and its root causes through her therapy as well as certain exercises that she suggests as homework. I have already referred some of my friends going through a tough time, to seek an appointment with her. Thank you, Ma'am. β β β β β There are certain things which stays with you but you are totally unaware of. You feel that you have resolved everything, but it remains in the subconscious! That inner child, who wants to see you happy, is actually the one who is making you feel restless and anxious....(you can relate it with an actual child that wants things which can actually hurt him/her, but if they get they will remain silent for sometime and then come back with a strong force)! OCD is one such thing! Shamim Ma'am helped me to understand the issue, name my emotions correctly, was empathetic yet practical. She not only helped me to resolve my issues but also made me realise that I am stronger than what I think of myself! Her wisdom and experience will act like a torch, when everything surrounding you is dark! Nothing is a quick fix when it comes to OCD, and this was clearly told by ma'am. However, the journey becomes but easy when you are in safe hands!
Thank you ma'am for making me realise who truly I am!
