★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy an oppo device if you live in ludhiana. There is little to no tech support here. The phone dropped for the FIRST time since I got it over a month ago from the most menial height (30cm) and the screen broke immediately. Unusable. The "repair center" in West Lake ordered the screen for me assuring me it would take no longer than 5 working days to arrive and that was Weeks ago!!! What is even more infuriating is the guy at oppo they have dealt with to order it from cannot even give them an eta. If you own an oppo best you never drop it or knock it because it will break and you will be without a phone for months it seems. Gravely regret allowing sales gimmicks to move me from samsung to oppo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i visited oppo service centre ludhiana for reno3 pro display and they repaired my handset in just 40 minutes as it doesn’t even looks like it was damage the work has been done so nice and professionally way and they guided me for more new settings too. Thanks for the friendly service ishpreet mam. ??

I had a issue in my handset for low battery backup and mic problem they repair my handset in 30 minutes and upgrade my software free of cost. Thnks for the good service to Ishpreet mam and Amit sir they guided me very well and deal very nicely.

This time I visited oppo service center for an replacement of my phone's Display folder of Reno 6 and sadly my free screen replacement warranty was expired few days earlier and got changed for 8167 rupees but I really appreciate their service...fast and clean job done by oppo service center ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor sevice....i am trying to get connected on call from last one hour but no one bothers to recieve ...i am using oppo from last 5 years but now i think its time to move on and try another brand as oppo's service is getting worse day by day........hence i recommend everyone not to buy oppo phones as there is no aftersales.....
