Doctors behaviour 3/10.
He seems like a knowledgeable person to me. But, Behaviour wise, he's not very attentive/kind/helpful.
I take interest in gaining knowledge about the disease/issue, it's cause, if it's linked with any other pre-existing health conditions and also about the kind of medicines prescribed/ its side effect and if it can be combined with medicines, prescribed for other health issues.
Firstly, thats my right as a patient/patient's guardian/relative. I can't just walk out with a printed prescription without understanding anything. They should explain everything to the patient. Secondly I had to inform him about patient's medical history, when he was giving medicines, i wasn't asked. Thirdly, they mentioned the eye pressure on the prescription after I requested.
Lastly, He told us clearly that other issues are not his concern, which I understand but there's a better way of saying that. And everything about body is interconnected that's why specialization is given after 2 yrs in general medicine.
Staffs behaviour 1/10
Only one girl with short hair is friendly and helpful. Rest 2 are rude and even they were interfering in our private conversation when I was asking my father to sit carefully as the seat structure didn't seem stable to me..one girl got irritated and told me rudely " who told me that and it's a revolving one" as if I haven't seen a revolving chair in my life and it's not about who told me, I could see with my own eyes, that wasn't really stable.

Very dirty floor and everything else.

Will never take my aged father again as it didn't seem hygenic enough to visit during the pandemic. & Because I don't behave rudely with anyone, I wouldn't like if anyone is behaving that way with us.
