Needless to say, this is one such institution which has not crumbled down in time with regards to either service or customer experience.
Not just the optometrist, Mr. Advani, but the other members of the staff are equally knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There must be something special, something unique about Optical Gallery where the 3 generations of my family, over the last two decades, have consistently loved going to. Is that the consistent quality eye-wear, or is that the quality of service, without compromise, along with genuine humbleness of Mr Sandeep Advani and every member of his team? I think Optical Gallery is much more than that.
This team here hasn't only cared for my eyes, they have taken care of my personal preferences and my personality, taken care of my pocket and also, very importantly, they have taken care of my time. I have always admired their punctuality and ability to deliver as promised, without fail.
Mr Sandeep Advani is no ordinary optician either. In my humble opinion, he is an optometrist par excellence! He always keeps himself abreast with the latest advancements in the world of eye care and continuosly incorporates those upgrades into his treatment, eye tests and products, whether it is glasses or contact lenses or allied accessories. He is always solid with his knowledge and ever growing experience and yet no arrogance or show off, he is a very simple yet graceful and amicable person in whose company I've always felt loved and personally cared for. There used to be a term in olden days - 'Family Doctor'. Mr Sandeep Advani is our "Family Optometrist"! And today I feel proud to declare so.
The ambience at the Optical Gallery too reflects Mr Advani's personality. The decor is simple yet elagant, the staff is carefully groomed in courtesy and sensitivity to the customer, the spectacle frames are classy yet modern, trendy yet not flashy and sleek yet sturdy.
All of these qualities and values are rare to be found under one roof. I don't know how Mr Advani has successfully managed to maintain such high standards overall, for so many years, day in and day out!
Optical Gallery is no ordinary shop, I believe it's a case-study in customer care!

In between, I have changed cities and even countries, but I have always returned to Optical Gallery for optical needs of myself and my family. Dr Advani is extremely professional, courteous and capable in his area. His advices on optical needs are relevant and accurate. The kind of customer service I receive in Optical Gallery is parallel to none in the world. The best of the brands in the world should learn the customer service approach from this place. The behaviour and service of every staff member is extra ordinary and they take care of your smallest needs in the whole process of selection, suggestion, cost consideration, technical details to delivery of spectacles. I am more than 100% sure that I will keep returning to this place for all my future optical needs.

The doctors and staff at optical gallery never suggest the most expenaive lenses rather they suggest the most suitable lenses. I always recommend this place for all eye related issues to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandeep really helped me out with a long standing problem of double reflections. He quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested the right kind of anti glare lenses. New progressive lenses are really great in day to day life.
Staff has been very polite since day one, no wonder i see same employees for last 15 years. Great team Sandeep.
I have been a happy customer for more that 15 years. Optical Gallery has a great selection of frames, i have found them really sturdy. One pair with photochromatic lenses works really great outdoors.
