★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a regular customer until this incident. Since I had got my mom's prescription glasses made from them, they had the records. When i asked them for the specifications of the glasses they made, they sade they can't share it and the only solution is either get the glasses made from them again or take my mom to a testing centre in Corona times. They are greedy cheats.
STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic customer support. These guys just sell their pathetic products at exorbitant prices and with greatly exaggerated promises of warranty, quality, brand etc . I purchased Rs 20,000 lens+frame. Firstly the lens cylindrical power they gave was wrong which i found out once i visited my doctor. Secondly the so called branded frame they gave me its paint faded away completely ruining the frame. I approached these daylight thugs, goons but to no avail. They completely deny any promises of quality and workmanship they make at the time of sale. BE AWARE OF SUCH CHEATS.

Then went to Optical Palace, got my eye refraction done from Mr. Pahwa personally and then was recommended a very good reasonable pair which works perfectly for me. Rather than trying to sell me a more expensive product, they understood my lifestyle and requirement and gave me an adequate solution. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son asked them for my previous bill with exact specifications so that we could get glasses made outside. We choose to do this coz the last time we made glasses worth Rs. 5000 from them which they had claimed to be very good material broke very easily. Instead of helping a regular customer they are saying you have to get specs made here only. We will share you old bill but not with complete specifications. In a nutshell you have to get it made by these cheating baboons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where customer is really treated as God! You will come across a quote for this shop in one of pictures on Google which reads - "100% customer satisfaction". I had issues with my lens and they entertained me 4 times and got the issue resolved by replacing when it is needed and didn't charge an extra penny but refunded the excess payment. You will never regret visiting the shop for your eye care. Wish their vision is shared by others too. Respect!

I wanted a good, smart specs and most importantly the lenses which gave me clear vision with accurate power since in my previous experiences at other stores, I had problems. I visited this place and I was really impressed with their collection. The staff was very polite and very helpful and I got the perfect frame for me. Within a day, they prepared my specs, and after I wore them, it was perfect.
5 stars for their perfect service, great collection, quality products and the right advice for lenses. Highly recommended.
Definitely would be visiting again soon for my eye care needs.
