★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They charged me INR 600 for just eye check up of my 6 years old boy. And they disclosed it at the end of the time after selecting the frame and glasses. Nowadays every big hospital and clinics are conducting free eye checkups and even they visits schools to do it free. Please don't waste your time and money here. It's just a glass store who tries to sell glasses and frame without even care to explain the kind, quality and uses of the glasses. Its a trap. I found another nice one which cared to explain each and everything..
Edit to owner"s answer : Its a white lie, can i hear our call recording where ii was told and informed that i will be charged 600 for eye check. Please dont try to cover up. One of the other cheated customer reported that iits a shop not a clinic. am i supposed to or anyone supposed to pay 600 to a pharmacist to buy over the counter medicines from a medical shop. No. it is not like this. I can only pay to a doctor who has guided with the cause and effect of the ailment. I was not even briefed about the ailment. So do i need to pay. I would have paid happily if Doctor Reema daas was present there. There is only one motive is to sell the glasses and frames, even not telling about the use and purpose. To the other service provider i was thoroughly briefed about the kinds of lenses, their life and why should you buy them and why to upgrade them.. IQ hopital doctor has 450 consultation fees and that includes a thorough examination of the eye. I left the frames and glasses to your shop and i smelt unethical people behind the desk. Its better to avoid them than pay extra or paying for nothing. I paid you for nothing..

They don't responsd on customers concern .
I have placed an order for 5 years old kid.
They have shuffled the glasses.
Left eye to right one .
Right eye to left one ..
Which have effected eyes of the child .
This guys are really disgusting.
When I went to ask them about it.
It is your headache and problem to check whether it is currect or wrong .
After paying the amt for glasses you should take a pain of all the parameters of going back to hospital and check whether it is correct or not.
I never step in again forever.
The worst response I had..
Please think twice before going to this place.
