★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service... Wish I could give this shop -100 stars.they don't even deserve this. I purchased a frame from this so called shop and at the end of the day, it broke into 2pieces. I don't know what stuff they use in their product. When asked they said they don't offer warranty in any of the frames. They are not ready to replace it . Worst quality. I would suggest you to go for Titan because they have duplicate brands and they are not even ready to refund my money. Visiting this shop means wastage of time and purchasing anything from here simply means wasting your money. I am still regretting my decision that I chose this shop over others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this Store negative rating. Have no manners to talk to customer. Abuses customers. Everything is over priced. Basic frameless frames are 1200-1500.!!!! Moreover, the prices for lenses are either outdated or deliberately being quoted high. Same lens are being quoted at least 25-30% cheaper at much-renowned stores like Sarol optics
I brought crizal prevencia from this store but so much inconsistency in the lenses. I have been using crizal lens for past 7 years but never faced this kind of experience. Every time before, in the1st shot itself I would get same results and that is what one expects from companies like Crizal, but this store took 16 days and yet they couldn't give proper lenses. Then another 7 days to correct the lens. Even after that I had to debug the issue that the frame was faulty or the nose grip needs to be changed.
After all this, when I complained that something doesn't seem fine, he starts abusing. Puts the blame on the customer that I asked for those lenses and he gave what i asked. First he misled me to wrong lenses and then put the blame on the customer.
P.S. Look at this guy shamelessly commenting and denying my such detailed case. That's how they deal with customers.. Exactly proved my point!
I may not have achieved anything by my reviews but you definitely lost a customer who gave you second chance even after 1st time bad-experience thinking it was first mistake. But you still end up selling fake products. I spent Rs 7475. You not only lost me as customer but I will make sure at least my relatives and friends stay away too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, I am not your customer and will never be in future. I had the WORST experience few days back. That person simply doesn't know how to talk to any person forget about its customers. He was so arrogant god know what he think of himself. If you can't treat any person with respect then nobody will be interested in becoming your customer.
I am not saying anything bad about the shop or the products they have but the behavior of that person(tall bearded young guy) was enough for me to judge what the after sales service would be. Thank god I made the right choice of not to buy anything form this shop
