β β β β β Local service provider takes more money than the rate chart. Not professional at all. I reported a problem which has not been addressed for more than a month (PO-Nayagram). Internet speed is good.

β β β β β This broadband service is maintained by some people with less knowledge on this platform. Worst Behavior. They cant provide good support for wireless connection they just ask users to use on only one PC with Ethernet. As per them, all high end routers also bad for this broadband. Who the hell uses broadband for just one computer? They just makes some lame excuses to confuse customers.

β β β β β service quality is very poor. they would not take any kind of action when i informed that local service provider didn't repair the fiber cut more than two weeks. why a customer spending lots of money when they didn't provide you a proper connection.
being a service provider optinet should be more controllable over their local service provider. otherwise it effects your brand value. Hope it may change.
