I visited their another branch named Hot &Hot, They had taken a long time of 1 an half hour for a chicken lollipop item.And it’s quality I can’t tell…all of these was wasted.And on every food they are taking total of 5% gst and didn’t mentioned their any HSN code for what thay r taking.we are regular customer there because of no other standard looking restaurant available.Sorry we are not going to visit again and also suggest to take care of your customers properly at least on food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the restaurant attached to it. The restaurant standard is as below as the thelawala hotel. I ordered chiken kadai, mashala kulcha and tondoori roti. Everything is to worthless too eat. And the price tag is high compared to quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality, staff behaviour, ambience everything is good.. Even best in a radious of 20 km vicinity. Still reducing the two stars because of the payment process.. For the bill in bar they charge 2.5% over the total amount for credit card payment,, but for the restaurant, no such charges is applied. I went to many bars in many places. I never had to pay extra amount(which is not even mentioned in bill) over bill for credit card payment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Chicken reshmi kebab and Chicken barbecue pizza. The reshmi kebabs were flavourful and soft but the pizza was not at all good. The cheese had that cheap vibe. And toppings were very less in comparison with the price. Overall experience was not that great.
