★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Poor customer service. Just closed earlier than their announced business closing hours (1800h) & walked out infront of waiting customer (at 1740h). Heights is when they started sharing coordinates for other diagnostic centres nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. There is only one person who operates the machine and deals with customers and there is severe communication issue.
In my case he couldn't get it right in one go and asked the patient to take the radiation (test) again. And when I asked for reports after 5 days, he said, I SENT IT while he meant I WILL SEND IT LATER.
It has been a week now and yet they haven't given the hard copy after taking 500 extra for it. They disconnect the call saying they will call later but never do. They never inform about the delay either.
They give false timelines and promises to mail the reports to your doctor but will fail to do so a few times and will waste couple of your appointments with the doctor.
