★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for me...we get different kind of workouts , everyday we get something new like yoga ,fatburning,floor exercise, aerobics,Zumba ,cardio....special weight loss core batches on every Sunday with a perfect diet plan....they just don't focus on weight loss but also build up ur strength n stamina n caring about all my health issues ..luv d gym luv d zumba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not a good experiance. my and my wife wanted to join the gym, so we went for two days trial. but the trainer, i dont remember the name was not at all interested and he told other trainers that we have come for trial so do not pay attention. more over, trainers remain busy gossipping and we have to go to the trainers to ask what next.. every time after working out on the equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never went to gym but my friend name khush shah used to go to the gym and he said that it is worst gym ever the trainer are not good at all not intrested in clients and u would not allow to use cardio equipment for fat loss and u would not be allowed in gym more than 45 min

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym management was not good but the trainer as specially Vivek sir is good in nature and they taught us the excercise in a good ways. But gym is not good. There main motive is only fees and not they give services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has joined this fitness centre on trial basis one week ago. The experience was literally PATHETIC.
Sense of responsibility is ZERO amongst staff members that drinking water was also contaminated and she got her mouth burnt with fungus. She is barely able to speak since four days.
When this issue was drawn attention to the authorities, they said it was your fault that you hadn't checked the water.
"THERE ARE BETTER GYMS AND TRAINERS IN NAVRANGPURA AREA."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say that they offer the best service in Navrangpura locality totally false, trainers are so arrogant, and if you tell the owners that your staff is rude they shall make your workout so hard that your whole body shall start paining.
Never go to this gym again.
There are far more better gyms that respect the members and offer lot more in Navrangpura.
