★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude behaviour by the Manager called Dev! I had requested for the number of a nearby mart Dastak. He refused and was very rude. Dastak guys promote these ppl - the Orange Truck but I guess they don’t deserve that. As it is whatever vegetables they send - Potatoes and Arbi is very hard. We had complained multiple times but what surprised me was the arrogance and attitude of the Manager. What will the juniors learn if the Manager only is useless. Not worth going to. They think they have a monopoly in this area since there isn’t any other grocery store but they are forgetting that bad customer service and behaviour will only bring them down to shatters!
Highly disappointed and not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Mostly Expired items in the store) Unethical and Rude Staff (Dev - Self proclaimed owner) behavior.
My wife while doing grocery shopping accidentally picked an item which was just about to expire in 3 days. Which we realized at the time of unpacking at home after 3-4 days (we usually quarantine any purchased item for 3-4 days) . So, We went to the store to get it replaced and to buy other household item along with it.
The manager saw the item and refused to exchange saying we intentionally expired the item and then coming to replace it. So as per him we waited a Rs 85 item to expire and came driving all way to his store.
I feel really sorry for the store owner who hire such unprofessional and untrained staffs destroying entire stores image.
Will never go back to the store again.
